Payment

Customer will pay Vignasoft Information Technologies in accordance with the Order. Prices and product descriptions are those set forth in the Order. A late payment charge of the lesser of 1½% per month or the highest lawful rate may be applied to any outstanding balances until paid.

Customer will pay any applicable taxes relating to this Agreement, other than taxes based on Vignasoft Information Technologies income and franchise - related taxes.

The services will be delivered via email in any format according to the client request.
